Required Documents for Enrollment

  • Parent’s Government-issued Photo ID or Driver's License
  • Student's Original, Long-form, Certified Birth Certificate
  • Student's Louisiana Immunization Records
  • Withdrawal Form from previous school (For Transfer Students Only)

 

Application is complete with a family photo and a $100 non refundable fee.
