What are your operating hours?

We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Late pick-ups after 6:00 PM will result in additional fees.

What programs do you offer?

We offer care for children from infancy to age 13, including:

• Infant Care
• Preschool & Pre-K
• Before and After Care
• Summer Camp

How does communication work?

We use Brightwheel for all communication. Parents receive daily updates, photos, messages, and announcements through the app.

All parents are required to use Brightwheel.

How do tuition payments work?

All tuition payments are made through Brightwheel.

Tuition is due weekly in advance.

Late payments may result in late fees and possible suspension of care.

What is your illness policy?

Children must stay home if they have a fever, vomiting, or any contagious illness.

If a child becomes ill during the day, they must be picked up within one hour.

How are emergencies handled?

We conduct regular safety drills and maintain emergency procedures.

Parents will be notified immediately through Brightwheel and/or phone.

What safety measures are in place?

We maintain proper staff-to-child ratios and follow all LDOE safety regulations.

All staff are trained in child safety and mandatory reporting.

Can I access my child’s records?

Yes. Parents may request access to their child’s records at any time.

Do you offer transportation or field trips?

Yes. Transportation and field trips require written parental consent.

All safety regulations are strictly followed.

Do you offer drop-in care?

Yes, drop-in care is available based on availability.
